Gen. 00 Films
Our studio has written three original scripts, which all take place in the same metaverse, to begin production in Q1 of 2022. These short films will serve as proof of concept for our studio’s fundraising model. They will each launch with their own NFT collection, which will consist of presale tickets, and movie posters which will work as loot box keys. Each loot box will reveal one of several possible collectibles. Including deleted scenes, alternative takes, autographed photos, script pages, in-game items for our gaming partners, and blooper reels. Learn more here.
Gumshoe, Gone Meta, and Satoshi all take place in different worlds of the same “metaverse,” a network of virtual environments where people can go on virtual escapades. There will be recurring characters, easter eggs, social media celebrity cameos, and plenty of laughs along the way. Our goal is to build upon the foundation these short films will cement for our DeFilms Originals Films. As we progress, we will move on to other acquiring and shooting other types of content, but DeFilms Originals will always remain a priority for our studio.

A world-famous detective is hired to retrieve a cryptocurrency hardware wallet, whose previous owner expired under suspicious circumstances. To make matters worse, his client’s assailants manage to trap her mind inside a military grade virtual reality server, pushing our hero’s resolve to his limit. Has our hero finally met his match?

Marcus and Paul, best friends since childhood, wake up to find themselves alone in the world. After a brief investigation reveals humanity has migrated to the metaverse, leaving their physical bodies behind. They scavenge their city for two of the last remaining mind upload keys on earth, learning about the many dangers lurking in the blockchain along the way.

After humanity left their bodies behind in their journey to the metaverse, a sword for hire takes on one final bounty. His target? A legendary swordsman defending his undefeated record, wielding the legendary Altura smart sword NFT.
