Whether this is your first rodeo, or you need to go back to basics after hitting a creative rut, Ground Zero will feel like home to you! It seems like everyone knows exactly where they're going before they get there these days. That may fly for established careers based on rigidity and repetition. But something as fluid as the creative arts needs a little more freedom.
Ground Zeroes is meant to be a place where creative folks from all walks of life can have the room they need to grow their skills without the pressure of creating something that sells. The goal is to give artist a platform to train themselves, network, and build up their reputation before going off and making the stuff that will put them on the map. Here at Ground Zeroes, we'll let you grow into the artist you know you can be!
Division Leaders
Division members can rise to the rank of Division Leader after helping foster the growth of our community in their city. There are many avenues to division leadership, but they all require hard work and having a diligent effort. Members will have to demonstrate skill necessary in any leader such as time management, team building, reliability, open communication, and respect, honesty, and empathy. The number of open leadership positions will vary according to the size of the division. As each division grows, so will the opportunities.
Team Leaders
Team leaders are veteran members who have something to share with younger artists. This rank can only be earned by unanimous decision from division leaders. Their role is to nurture and train team members in each discipline related to their art. As such, they will need to have a baseline proficiency in each discipline. Team Leader candidates will have to pass a rigorous evaluation in order to earn their rank.
Club Member
A base membership. Perfect for those not looking to spend time on anything other than improving their craft. No nonsense, just come in, roll up your sleeves, and get to work. All members will be assigned to a team as they enroll, with the possibility of becoming a team leader, or creating your own team over time! Club membership comes with access to all active club locations. That means if you're visiting one of our sister cities, you will always have a friendly face to greet you!

Club Attendants
Club members unable to cover the membership fee will have the option to become a club attendant and assist our employees with club related tasks to maintain membership. Positions will be listed in the club attendant channel of our discord group and will be available for a maximum of 6 months at a time until they are vacated for new members. The goal of this role is to provide an option for artists struggling financially to continue to grow their skills and build a portfolio without the financial burden. This is the reason these positions will constantly rotate, to ensure they always go to someone who needs it.
Bounty Board
Are you a wandering soul who doesn't know where the wind will take you from day to day? If so, bounty hunting is a great way to earn a quick buck while on the road! Here, club members will be able to post odd jobs for other members to perform for each other in exchange for $PLAYTIME tokens. Tokens can then be exchanged in any club location's treasury.
